Most orders ship same day
Maximum processing time is 1-4 business days from receipt
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Most orders ship via USPS, unless customer specifies preference for a specific shipping service.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and delivery distance, with most orders costing between $6-$14 to ship.
Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Multiple shipping speed options are available. If you do not see the speed that you are needing, contact us at shop@socius.design.
Note: Larger or heavier items may incur additional shipping charges

Mustard Made Lockers
Mustard Made lockers ship directly from their US distributor. Shipping times and methods for Mustard Made products may differ from our standard shipping policy.
If your order contains Mustard Made items, as well as items stocked at our brick and mortar shop, your order will divide into two shipments. At this time, it is not possible to do shipping combined with local pickup. In that scenario, we recommend ordering your Mustard Made products separately, and then placing a Local Pickup order for the remaining items.
Tracking information for Mustard Made orders will be provided via email. For questions about Mustard Made shipping status, please consult the order page within your account, or email us at shop@socius.design.
Delivery timeframes for Mustard Made products average 7-10 business days.
Yamazaki Home Products
Yamazaki Home products ship directly from their US distributor. Shipping times and methods for Yamazaki products may differ from our standard shipping policy.
If your order contains Yamazaki Home items, as well as items stocked at our brick and mortar shop, your order will divide into two shipments. At this time, it is not possible to do shipping combined with local pickup. In that scenario, we recommend ordering your Yamazaki Home products separately, and then placing a Local Pickup order for the remaining items.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships, and can also be found within the orders section of your account.
Track your order anytime through your account dashboard or via the tracking page on the shipping provider's website with the tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving notification.

Return Policy
Returns availability varies from product to product. The return availability of a product can be found on the product page, as well as on your order confirmation for that product. If a product is ineligible for a return, that information will be noted on the page, below the product description.
Returned products must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unused, have not been installed, and are in original condition and packaging. Original shipping costs will not be returned.

When returning for a refund, the return shipping will be deducted from the return amount. This amount may vary due to size and weight of item being returned.
Refunds will only be issued to the credit card or original payment method used to make the original purchase.
Items must be in their original condition with all original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the safe arrival of an item. If an item arrives broken or damaged, the cost to replace the item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Non-returnable items are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Items that are specified as non-returnable are noted on individual product pages. Wallpaper; cork wall coverings; cut fabric pieces; Wax Atelier candles; custom, specialty or made to order light fixtures; light fixtures which have been installed and are otherwise in good, working condition; Hannah Beatrice Quinn short & tall brooms; food, beverage and perishable items are all non-returnable.

socius design does monitor return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at socius design's discretion. If a return is not approved by socius design for any reason, the item may not be returned to you.
